The Studio was created with its locals in mind. Our mantra is ‘individualised care’ – we're here to enable and empower the community to move, feel and live better.
We consider physical movement and rehabilitation to be invaluable, and at The Studio you will meet a variety of health professionals who offer hands-on services and exercise styles that cater to all age groups and levels of fitness, including:

The Studio is accessible by stairs, Press the lower door bell to enter through the security door. Prams and other items can be stored beneath the stairs on the Ground level.
