Clinical Pilates classes make use of Pilates equipment like the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector. Unlike regular Pilates classes, Clinical Pilates classes are run by physiotherapists and can be claimed through your health fund.

Classes are tailored to the individual and focus on specific goals for rehabilitation or strength. All exercises can be modified to cater to current or previous injury. Our Pilates equipment and exercises can be modified from beginner to advanced levels with respect to client limitations, including pre and post-natal conditions.
