Mat Pilates is a floor-based class incorporating small apparatus (swiss ball, roller, resistance bands) and your mat to provide a full-body workout.

Mat Pilates classes at The Studio have a maximum of 8 clients, allowing instructors to tailor classes to suit the individual, including pre/post natal women. Baby on board? Check out the Studio class schedule for 'Mum's n Bub's' classes.

We also run Bro-lates (or, male-only Mat Pilates) These classes are designed with the male body in mind, focusing on flexibility of the hips and shoulders and strengthening of the core.
